WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is black-tie optional. This means that formal attire is highly encouraged, but there is some flexibility. For women, a floor-length gown is ideal. However, a very dressy cocktail dress would also be acceptable. Dress to impress!!
The ceremony will be about 30-45 minutes long held outdoors, and reception will take place indoors. While we are in the month of December, it might be slightly chilly/windy in Las Vegas. Ladies, you might want to consider bringing a shawl or wrap to keep yourself warm during the outdoor ceremony.
WHERE IS THE RECEPTION?
Both ceremony and reception will take place at Stallion Mountain Golf Course.
IS THERE A BREAK BETWEEN THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION?
Yes! We will have a cocktail hour indoors, in the lobby of the golf course.
WILL THERE BE SELF-PARKING OR VALET AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
There is self-parking available.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Absolutely!!!!! We will be offering an open bar throughout the reception. There will be well liquors, beer, wine, soda and juices available throughout the cocktail hour and reception.
IMPORTANT: Please bring a valid ID as there is a possibility the bartenders will be asking for it.
Prior to the ceremony, there will be a cash bar.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE HOTEL LISTED UNDER THE TRAVEL TAB?
It is not required, however, it's an option! The Paris Hotel Las Vegas has created a special group rate for our guests to book. You are free to book your stay there, or any hotel you desire!
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHTS/HOTEL AND FOR WHAT DATES?
We are so excited to celebrate with you in Las Vegas! We completely understand that traveling for a wedding is a big commitment, and we are incredibly grateful to those who are able to make it.
For those attending, the wedding will be held on Saturday, December 21st, 2024. We will be in Las Vegas from Wednesday, December 18th - Sunday, December 22nd. Feel free to book any dates you desire (As long as you are there wedding day, hehe).
To ensure you get the best rates on flights and hotels, we recommend booking your travel arrangements as soon as possible. Las Vegas is a popular destination, and flights can tend to sell out and hotels can raise their rates closer to the date.
While we can't wait to see you there, please know that we completely understand if travel isn't feasible for everyone.
WHAT ARE THE FOOD OPTIONS?
To fuel the dancing and celebration, we'll be having a delicious buffet-style dinner at the reception. There will be something for everyone, with a variety of protein options including beef, chicken, and fish. We'll also have a selection of tempting sides to complement your main course.
Please note: If you have any food allergies, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We want to ensure everyone has a wonderful meal, and the venue needs to be informed of any allergies in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
WHAT TRANSPORTATION IS THERE AFTER THE WEDDING?
Renting a car is a great option if you plan on exploring Las Vegas before/after the wedding. Renting a car at Harry Reid International Airport upon arrival gives you the most flexibility throughout your trip.
Ridesharing (Uber/Lyft) is a convenient and safe option, especially after celebrating your wedding (and potentially enjoying some drinks!). Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas, so you can easily request a ride whenever you need one.
We recommend considering ridesharing after the wedding itself. Las Vegas has a vibrant nightlife scene, and it's always best to prioritize safety after enjoying yourselves.
